COSTEP New Mexico is a pilot project of COSTEP, an IMLS funded project to develop a framework that will help states create a customized emergency response plan for their states. I was told by my counterpart in Boston that there might be some interest here in New Mexico in the Natural and Cultural Resources and Historic Properties (NCH) Protection Part of ESF #11 of the National Response Framework. I am the Federal Lead for this part of ESF #11. If there is any interest regarding what this part of ESF #11 can bring to the table to assist in disaster preparedness and response, feel free to ask me. I will be glad to participate in any of your activities that you think might be appropriate. I also have information on what the NCH part of ESF #11 can offer in terms of assistance.
